apart from all the above
insomnia is driving me nuts.
it takes hours for me to fall asleep.
but it takes me 1 sec to wake up
becos of small lil noises.
after tt i cant get back to slp.
WELL DONE!

tdy i slept in the morning at 4 or 5
GUESS WAT!!! i wake up at 8.30!
lk wtf. so went down to buy breakfast,
10 went back to bed till 3.
nw i feeling tired.

anyone have any remedy to cure this illness.?
